2 Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use the eliteking platform, you must meet the following requirements:

• Have reached the legal age of majority under the laws of your country or region of residence.
• Not residing in any jurisdiction that prohibits access to online gambling platforms.
• Registering as an individual and not as a corporate representative or business entity.

EliteKing shall not be liable for any losses resulting from a player's failure to safeguard their login credentials. If there is reason to suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, we reserve the right to suspend the account for a security investigation.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

EliteKing supports a wide range of local Malaysian payment methods, including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, bank transfers, and listed cryptocurrencies. All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated.

Deposit:

10 Account Suspension & Termination

• Use of automated software or cheating methods in games.
• Attempts at money laundering or suspicious financial activity.

If your account is terminated for legitimate reasons, any remaining balance (after deducting any bonuses and wins obtained unlawfully) will be returned to you once the investigation is complete and withdrawal conditions have been met.

11 Applicable Laws & Jurisdiction

If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation within 30 days, the dispute may be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable arbitration rules. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.
